REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

We thank you and appreciate your choice of pursuing a shopping experience with us. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any product or service you avail from us. The policy concerning refund and cancellation requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth: 

USER CANCELLATION, REFUND& EXCHANGE

  1. No Cancellation and Refund requests for products purchased by Users shall be entertained.
  2. Exchange requests for services availed by Users shall be entertained only if made prior to of start of the course. The user shall intimate the request to the LNTeks’ team through website link available or through email info@skillmove.in .
  3. No other Exchange request shall be entertained other than the criteria mentioned above.
  4. Extra charges shall be applied for switching from one service to other i.e. the difference amount between the courses. 

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. The payments made by Users using the Platform are also refundable under the following circumstances –
  2. If The Company cancels the order due to reasons not attributable to the User, including but not limited to the incapability of rendering Service, sudden unavailability of products after placing the order, etc.
  3. The Company reserves the right to look into the cancellation request of the User and determine if such cancellation request falls under the conditions mentioned above.
  4. If The Company is satisfied that the request and same fulfils any of the aforesaid conditions, then The Company shall process the cancellation request and refund amounts to the User.
